When you complete a course and pass the assessment, Plenotrac issues a certificate with a unique QR code. Anyone — including your employer, manager, or verifier — can scan or click the link to confirm the certificate is genuine.

The library covers financial reporting (IFRS, UK GAAP), management accounts, audit and assurance, internal controls, payables and receivables, treasury, tax basics, payroll, and corporate governance. More modules are added continuously.
06Is Plenotrac accredited by a professional body?+
Plenotrac is an independent CPD provider. Content is designed to support the CPD requirements of finance and accounting professionals. Confirm with your own body that self-directed CPD from a third-party provider counts toward your requirement — most professional bodies do accept this.
07Can I use this to evidence my annual CPD declaration?+
Yes. The Compliance and higher plans include CPD exports — a downloadable record of your completed learning, hours, and certificates — designed to support annual CPD declarations and employer audit requests.
08How does billing work?+
All paid plans are billed annually via Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from within the app. Team plans are billed per tier (2–5 seats, 6–10 seats, or 11–20 seats).
09What are practice labs?+
Practice labs are included in the Practice+ plan and above. Each lab gives you a realistic fictional dataset — a trial balance, aged receivables schedule, bank reconciliation, or similar — and asks you to complete a structured task. Model solutions and expected outputs are provided.
10Is there a trial or money-back guarantee?+
