Pricing questions
01Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. You can upgrade from within the app at any time and billing is adjusted accordingly. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. All plans are billed annually.
02What happens when my subscription renews?+
Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each annual period using the card on file. You will receive an email reminder before renewal. You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your dashboard.
03Do team seats include all individual plan features?+
Yes. Every seat on a Teams plan includes the full feature set of Practice+ — extensive CPD library, verified certificates, practice labs, simulations, and CPD exports — plus the team management and oversight features.
04What counts as a seat?+
A seat is one active user in your organisation. The team owner and any invited members each use one seat. You can reallocate seats by removing members and inviting others at any time.
05Is there a free trial on paid plans?+
The free plan lets you explore the platform and complete introductory modules before committing. If you would like to discuss a short trial for a team, contact us at plenotrac@taandt.com.
06How does payment work?+
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Invoices are available from the billing section of your dashboard for expense claims.
07Can I get an invoice for my employer?+
Yes. A VAT receipt and invoice are automatically generated after each payment and are accessible from the billing section of your dashboard.
08Do you offer discounts for large teams?+
For organisations with more than 20 users, please contact us at plenotrac@taandt.com. We can discuss volume pricing, invoicing arrangements, and onboarding support.
